Community Action Northumberland

The Back Office Services Support (BOSS) Project has identified specific areas where community organisations could benefit from support in carrying out their functions.

The Projects resources are targeted on the following specific areas during the period 2010 - 2012:

• Governance and Compliance 
  
• Financial management and Accounts 
  
• Web Based marketing and Web presence 
  
• Use of computers in administration and management

The BOSS Project will run Training Workshops across the region as part of a series of Pilot Projects designed to promote good practice in the management of Voluntary community organisations.
