The Community Foundation is calling for applications to the following fund - :-
The Frederick Milburn Fund is open to applications from voluntary and community projects that have a connection to the River Tyne.
Projects supported can include those related to activities on the river, involving communities situated on the river or projects with a link to the heritage of the river.
Grants up to £2,000 are available.
